Mark Potter, Owner
Starting his career in 1982 at Wilmington Sheet Metal Works, Mark has been part of the roofing and exterior renovation industry for more than 40 years. He started his own Delaware roofing company, Mark Potter Construction in 2000 which now operates as Potter Roofing & Exteriors. Mark has successfully operated our small family business by gaining and keeping the trust of homeowners through reliable and honest work at reasonable costs.
Derick Potter, Owner & Project Manager
Mark's son Derick has been around the business since he was a teenager. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Derick's skillset allows him to diagnose roof system issues, provide accurate estimates and oversee all projects through to completion. Military Veteran and proud father, Derick treats every exterior renovation project with extreme care and top-notch professionalism.
